MANILA, Philippines - It’s everyone’s favorite time of the year, but also one of the most stressful. Why not close 2011 with a bang, make it truly memorable? Make Christmas matter. We all know that Christmas is all about family and giving. Now, here’s an idea being suggested by Ayala Malls, the country’s premier lifestyle and shopping destination: Spread the love a little further, open your arms a little wider, and give more of yourself to more people. Inspire  and be inspired.

Ayala Land president Tony Aquino says, “Ayala Land is not just about building malls or condominium towers, it is about building communities, and Ayala Malls is about spaces that bring people together. Throughout the years, we as a group have partnered with various foundations and charitable organizations to help the less fortunate and to encourage people to do their share. Ayala Malls believes that one of the biggest ways to do this is to inspire people with our own actions.”

This Christmas, Ayala Malls is providing that spark to spread the warmth and cheer  starting with you. Ayala Malls is encouraging its customers to bring out the hero in each one of us and make our actions matter through a series of activities that uplift the spirit and inspire us to do and be our best  just like the heroes we look up to.

Yes, you can be a hero yourself by volunteering for Ayala Malls’ partner-foundations such as Ayala Foundation, Children’s Hour Foundation, Habitat for Humanity, Hero Foundation, Ninoy and Cory Aquino Foundation, and WWF. There are Christmas volunteer stations in all Ayala Malls.
