ANG 24th birthday ni Bea Alonzo kahapon (Oct. 17) ang siya ring 10th year anniversary ng aktres sa showbiz. She was launched as part of ABS-CBN’s Star Circle Batch 10 when she was just 14 years old.Many were already in awe of her beauty and height, having a British and Filipino lineage. But soon enough her talents over shadowed her looks as she turned into one of ABS-CBN’s hottest properties by the age of 15.
Bea admits it’s not an easy journey for her to reach the top but she cherishes each and every lesson she has learned along the way.
After her birthday and anniversary party (attended by his friends in and out of showbiz) last October 8, Bea is celebrating her birthday with a trip to Seoul, South Korea, where she will be staying for a week, but she is planning to have a charity event to give back to the less fortunate when she returns to the country. She also promises to spend time with her loyal followers with a small get-together on October 27 which will be aired on Entertainment Live.
She admits she’s a non-techie celebrity as most fans converge online nowadays but Bea says she makes it a point to talk to them personally whenever time permits. She’s proud that her fans have been with her every step of the way.
“Close ako sa fans. ’Di ako machat. Wala akong Twitter. Pero may get together every quarter and pinupuntahan ko naman,” the actress reveals.
Bea continues to be the face for Clear Shampoo, Kaschieca, Pacific Blue Shades and Watches, Lactacyd, Colour Collection and 4G antioxidants.And she will begin filming her new movie with Sam Milby this November. This is her third team-up on the silver screen with Sam, after Close To You and And I Love You So.
