MANILA, Philippines – Kapamilya stars including KC Concepcion, Sam Milby and Zaijan Jaranilla went the extra mile to cheer up a 3-year-old girl who was accidentally hit by an arrow.
Before she returned to Bicol after her successful operation, Baby Rachelle was brought by an ABS-CBN News team to the ABS-CBN compound to see her favorite stars.
Concepcion and Milby happily greeted Baby Rachelle upon learning that she is on her way to recovery after being struck by an arrow in the eye.
Baby Rachelle was overwhelmed when she saw them. What made her happier was when child star Zaijan Jaranilla showing up. He is Baby Rachelle’s favorite celebrity. “Rachelle, magpagaling ka,” said Jaranilla.
Meanwhile, the little girl’s grandmother thanked the people who helped Baby Rachelle.“Maraming maraming salamat po sa inyo. Kung hindi naman dahil sa inyo, hindi naman namin maipapagamot si Rachelle,” she said.
Baby Rachelle was operated on last June 1.
Baby Rachelle is being given antibiotics and ointment for the right eye while doctors wait for her full recovery. – Report from Bernadette Sembrano, ABS-CBN News
