Celebrities visit CWC during Penafrancia Fiesta
Thousands of devotees, pilgrims, guests and tourists flocked to Naga City, Camarines Sur, for the annual celebration of Peñafrancia festival. The said festival is observed in honor of Our Lady of Peñafrancia, the patroness of the Bicol Region, for nearly three hundred years. It's a time honoured tradition for many Bicolanos and guests to attend the mass at the Saint John De Evangelist Cathedral before the Lady of Penafrancia is taken to the river for the famous fluvial procession along the Bicol river that will then take Her to the Basilica Minore. After wards there is a mass that is attended by thousands of devotees to comemorate the final day of the festival. Processions, parades, beauty pageant, concerts and other activities are among the highlights which attract visitors.
Celebrities took time out to unwind at the Camarines Sur Watersports Complex before their scheduled guest appearances during the Peñafrancia festivities in Naga City . While in Camarines Sur, they stayed at the various world-class accommodations within the Provincial Capitol Complex. Tourists were delighted at the sight of the unexpected presence of their favorite celebrities and therefore taking the rare opportunity to take pictures with them.

* Gerald Anderson : Pinoy Big Brother Teen Edition 2nd place winner, actor, dancer, product endorser / model , love team partner of Kim Chiu
