Sarah Geronimo celebrates her birthday month and 10th year in showbiz this July
MANILA, Philippines - Here’s a treat for all the fans of Sarah
Geronimo. Celebrate with PBO (Pinoy Box Office) and Viva Channel Sarah’s
birthday month and her 10th year in showbiz. Enjoy everything you love
about Sarah with a medley of movies, concerts and reality shows.
It’s a “Sarah-thon” every Sunday on PBO, starting at 1:30 p.m. On
July 7, witness Sarah’s talent at par with veteran performers, like
guest stars Regine Velasquez and Ogie Alcasid, in her highly-praised
first concert Popstar: A Dream Come True, or with Judy Ann Santos as her
overprotective sister in Hating Kapatid. She takes on ballads by
international divas Whitney Houston, Mariah Carey and Celine Dion in
Sarah: To Love Her More.
On July 14, remember how Sarah became a Box Office Queen with her
portrayal of Laida, the lovestruck assistant of the moody Miggy (John
Lloyd Cruz) in A Very Special Love, followed by its blockbuster sequel
You Changed My Life. She also keeps the chemistry strong with new
leading man Gerald Anderson in Catch Me I’m In Love.
On July 21, see how Sarah has evolved into a consummate artist. Be
awestruck as she crosses genres with guests Bamboo, The CompanY and
Basil Valdez in 24/SG. She plays a man-hater with Gerald in Won’t Last A
Day Without You. True to its title, Record Breaker shows her
enthusiastic covers of Michael Jackson hits and movie themes.
On July 28, reminisce her early days as a showbiz sweetheart. Special
guest John Lloyd joins her in The Next One. She plays superhero Mark
Bautista’s inspiration in Lastikman. She shows her range — from upbeat
pop songs to romantic duets — with Mark and Sam Milby in Sarah In
Motion.
